About the Event

Join us for an insightful conversation with Dr. Eglantina Gjermeni on Women in Leadership. Dr. Gjermeni is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership at the John Wesley School of Leadership. In this conversation, Dr. Gjermeni will use her research to teach us more about:

  1. Factors that impact women in leadership
  2. Lessons learned from women leaders
  3. What can we do to increase the number of women in leadership roles

There will a Q&A opportunity after the presentation, so please come prepared with questions.
